GREGG FULKERSON'S FIANCEE REMEMBERS THE MAN BEHIND THE MUSIC: April 25, 2009 Gregg Fulkerson's fiancee Kristina Morris recently contacted Sleaze Roxx to share her thoughts on the man behind the music. The Blue Tears vocalist suddenly passed away on April 14th, but left behind much more than just a collection of recordings. "The passing of Gregg Fulkerson is an unbearable loss for those who knew him, loved him and loved his God given talent to create amazing music. While Gregg was an incredible musician he was also the most amazing man I had ever known. For one thing he was an incredible father to his son Carter, whom he worshiped, and it is sad that Carter won't have him to come to for all the things son's need their dads for. And I know Gregg was looking forward to watching him grow up and being there for him. He always told me how proud he was of Carter and his sweet soul and I can only hope he will have memories of his amazing father, and Gregg will always be there looking out for him. I have faith Gregg will now be Carter's Guardian Angel. Another thing Gregg was very happy about when he died, was...Gregg and I had fallen in love years ago and we lost touch. Both of us being devout Christians we believed we would find our way back together someday. He even wrote about us ("In Another Life", it's on his website) and referred to it as the most truthful song he had ever written from his heart, in fact it took him months to write it because he wanted it to be perfect. I found out in the fall of 2008 that he had been looking for me for years and I am happy to say he had found me and proposed at my family's house on Easter. After being the gentleman he was he had asked my mom for my hand before he asked me and without a second's thought I said, "Yes, Yes, Yes". He picked me up and swung me around and we were so happy!! That moment was "intense", which was Gregg's favorite word I kidded him about all the time . We had not even had time to tell our friends before he went to be with God, I find comfort that before he left this world he knew, after his search that I had said YES!!!! I was lucky to have loved him and so blessed to have been loved by him, enough to want to spend the rest of his life with me and I am so thankful to God that he allowed us that.... Gregg and I used to talk about being thankful to have experienced love like that. He called it "the most beautiful love he ever experienced". The loss for me is by far the deepest pain I have ever felt and I don't know how to go on without him except to cling to my faith like never before and even then I am weak and confused why he was taken away from Carter and from me. All I know right now is we will indeed be together "In Another Life"!!!!!" God Bless, Kristina Morris
