Y&T Substitutes Ailing Bass Player On Current Tour

Y&T manager Jill Meniketti has announced that bassist Phil Kennemore will be replaced on the band's current tour.

In a statement at www.meniketti.com Jill states, "The doctor has ordered Phil home to get rest and treatment. He is extremely proud of the new Facemelter album, and the work that he, Dave Meniketti, John Nymann, and Mike Vanderhule have done. Phil wants the tour to continue, so to honor his wish, Y&T will have a substitute bass player until he's able to return.

Brad Lang will be substituting for this US tour. He was gracious enough to step up to help us with less than 24-hour's notice. He's with us right now in Wisconsin and is extremely proud and excited to be playing with Y&T and helping out for Phil.
