A black marker drawing of Eric Carr, drawn by Paul Stanley, is being sold for $995 at this location. Paul Stanley and drummer Eric Carr played together in Kiss prior to Eric's death on November 24, 1991 due to cancer.

According to the auction listing, the photo was in Eric's personal band drawings collection, which he saved. The band would always find time to draw or make doodles at their recording and rehearsal sessions and all of the the band members were very good artists. This is a black marker drawing of Eric Carr and out of a bubble on the side of Eric is written (by Paul Stanley)... "Let me explain my houses of the Holy Theory".

To explain... Eric was a huge fan of the band Led Zeppelin, he would often try to base his musical thoughts and ideas on how on 'How would Zeppelin go about doing this?" This was Paul Stanley's way of goofing a bit on Eric. Paul really does capture a true Eric look, from the bushy hair to the big brown eyes.

This caricature is drawn on graph paper, and is in thick black marker. Paul drew his trademark red lips on the bottom right of the drawing.

The drawing measures approximately 11x14 on light graph paper. It is framed inside a Burgundy mat enclosed inside a black frame, the frame measures 16x12. Dont miss out on this one of a kind memorabilia, this is for all Kiss fans.
