BONHAM'S DANIEL MACMASTER WORKS ON NEW RELEASE:

Daniel MacMaster is currently working on his first commercial release since "Madhatter" in 1992. The cd, titled Never Ever Done, will be available in early 2004 and released under Top Fuel Records. Included on the cd will guest appearances from Steve Lukather (Toto), Ian Hatton (Bonham) and Terry Baker (Scorcher). Co-writing with Daniel will be the very talented Stephen Pearcy (Ratt). Look for Daniel on the Bastards of Metal Tour in the summer of 2004.

Daniel started his musical career in the late eighties with Canadian rockers Scorcher. In 1988 he left the band and joined Jason Bonham, Ian Hatton and John Smithson, forming the band Bonham. The first release, The Disregard of Timekeeping, sold over 2 million copies worldwide and would eventually become the most successful album for all members pre/post Bonham. The band toured the album on the Cult's Sonic Temple Tour. Shortly after they released their second album, Madhatter, the band broke up. Daniel continued in other bands for the next couple of years before dropping out of the industry in 1994. Now, ten years later, Daniel is back.

Re-focused and ready to resume his career, Daniel is back in studio. For the first time ever, Daniel will be joined by his brother Jody (pictured left). Jody also fronted his own band, Big Trouble, in the early 90's and enjoyed moderate success. With Daniel, Jody will play guitar and provide backing vocals, along with singing a few of his own tunes. This pairing has been a long time coming and both Daniel and Jody look forward to 2004 and finally getting out on the road together.
