OZZY OSBOURNE RESCHEDULES EUROPEAN DATES: NEW YORK (Billboard) - Presumably with his doctor's approval, Ozzy Osbourne has rescheduled his European tour to kick off early next year. The veteran heavy metal artist said last month he would cancel plans to tour Europe in the fall in order to seek treatment for Parkinson's Disease-like tremors. "It was at the point where it felt as if this problem was practically destroying my life along with my self-esteem," he said at the time. "I was no longer comfortable being around people, which, as you can imagine, is not the best trait for a performer." The new slate of dates will kick off Jan. 15 in Oberhausen, Germany, and close with hometown shows Feb. 24 and 26 Birmingham, England. Osbourne can be heard dueting with youngest daughter Kelly on the single "Changes." A cover of a Black Sabbath classic, it's the title track of her recently released Sanctuary album, a revamped and reissued version of "Shut Up," released in November 2002 via Epic. Last week, the father/daughter duo performed the song on the syndicated "Sharon Osbourne" show. According to his official Web site (http://www.ozzy.com), MTV will begin airing the video on Monday (Nov. 24).
