ORIGINAL RIOT VOCALIST GUY SPERANZA PASSES AWAY: This shocking and most grieving news is being sent to all Riot fans world wide, former front man Guy Speranza passed away this weekend (November 8th, 2003) from pancreatic cancer. Not too many of us know that the 47 year old Speranza was diagnosed earlier this year, but to be taken at such an early age has left all of us feeling this great loss. Guy, whom was Riots original (1977-1981) lead vocalist, brought the band to life and has given RIOT many life long fans even after he left the band. He had settled down in Florida with his wife and their two lovely daughters. All of us here at Riotsweb.com would like to send our most deepest sympathies to the Speranza family and we share the grief with all Riot fans around the world. We have posted a message board for all of you to leave your condolence's and thank you all for making RIOT live on, God bless you Guy for your great voice, we shall always be able to listen to you wail over and over again.
