LED ZEPPELIN TO TOUR NEXT SUMMER?: Led Zeppelin are set to re-group after 22 years for a stadium tour of America, according to Britain's Sun newspaper. The three surviving members - singer Robert Plant, guitarist Jimmy Page and bassist John Paul Jones - plan to hit the road next summer and hope to pocket £6.4million (approximately $10 million) for the shows. According to the paper, Robert, Jimmy, and John Paul met two weeks ago at the offices of their management firm Trinifold to discuss a possible tour, which would include Jason Bonham, son of former drummer John Bonham. A band insider told the paper: "If the right offer comes up they will do it." Trinifold added: "Jimmy is itching to do something, but there is nothing firm yet." Courtesy of Blabbermouth |
