HELIX ON THE ROAD AND MUCH MORE MUSIC: Helix frontman Brian Vollmer will be hosting the Power Hour on Much More Music November 8th at 10PM to help advertise their western Canadian tour which begins November 14th in Lethbridge, Alberta. They are asking all their fans to help spread the word about the tour and to possibly help by putting up posters and flyers in advance of the show. If you are able to help, please contact Brian at BVOLLM0656@ROGERS.COM Also, if you are an American fan, the band welcomes you to come up and try to catch the show in the Great White North. Some American border states are not that far from Lethbridge, Regina and Winnipeg. If you need help to organize this (where to go for rooms, etc.) contact Brian and he will steer you in the right direction. Anyone coming from the U.S. will be allowed into the show free of charge, on the guest list and get to personally meet the band! The band's vocalist, Brian Vollmer, has revealed to BW&BK that there is a new band line-up, Vollmer and drummer Glen Gamble being the only remaining members from the previous line-up. Daryl Grey, Mike Hall, Darren Smith and Stan Miczek are no longer with the band. The band's new album, Stand, will be ready for release in mid-February, 2003. Also, the re-release of Helix' Wild In The Streets album will be available at venues on the upcoming tour.
