Review:
Diamonds And Rust is New York's Roxx only album, and is in reality just a CD release of their previous demos (so the production at times is lacking). The group's sound is a mixture 80's party glam bands such as Poison and Pretty Boy Floyd. Songs such as "Rockin' The City", "Rock Steady", "Puss'N'Boots", "Hot Sweet" and "Kidz Rock" really kick your ass!
For six years Roxx managed to sell-out major clubs in New York City, so they must have been doing something right. Fans of the big 80's glam/sleaze sound will love this album, and I personally give it two thumbs up!
